A 10-month, 5 Level class series taught at the Bovine
Metropolis Theater in Denver, CO. We learned scene
work, object work, character development, editing, the
importance of relationships between characters, and
preparation for and development of our graduation
shows. Since we were the 32nd graduating class, we
named ourselves the 32nd Coming. We performed 4
graduation shows entitled “Just a Bit Outside.”

Our 8-member troupe stayed together one year beyond
graduation. Our performances included:
The Battle Royale competition in the summer of 2007:
We won the 6-week competition giving us a prime time
slot for 2 months at the Bovine Metropolis Theater in
early 2008.

Improv with Erica
A workshop Erica created and now offers on
a regular basis. It is a weekend workshop for
beginners. This experience introduces its participants
to the basics of improvisation and its correlation to
life’s everyday situations and relationships.
A day and a half of warm ups, games, exercises, scene
work, and free form discussion provide the student
with a basic appreciation for improv and its
application in everyday life.

MORE Improv with Erica
The original Improv with Erica workshop proved to be
so popular and fun that the demand for a follow-up
class was created. MORE Improv with Erica
is for those IWE graduates who simply want more improv
fun and experience.
She co-teaches this class with Brian Stout, her
Bovinian classmate and one of her 32nd Coming
troupe-mates. Brian has over 2 decades of improv
experience and brings a bundle of energy to the class.
